Release Date: Pre-ordered products will be shipped on the release date specified on the product page. Please note that release dates are subject to change and we will notify you of any changes as soon as possible.

 

Payment: Payment for pre-ordered products will be processed at the time of purchase. This is to ensure that your order is secured and will be shipped to you as soon as it becomes available.

 

Shipping: Pre-ordered products will be shipped based on the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that we do not offer expedited shipping for pre-orders.

 

Multiple Items: If you place an order that includes a pre-ordered product and an in-stock product, we will ship the in-stock product separately to ensure that it arrives to you as quickly as possible.

 

Cancellation: You may cancel your pre-order at any time before the release date. If you decide to cancel your pre-order, we will refund your payment in full.
